How Prepare A Delicious Hearty Lentil Stew

Cooking a delicious Qormeh Sabzi can be intimidating, however using the correct ingredients and some patience, you can enjoy this traditional Persian stew at home. Qormeh Sabzi, which roughly means "Persian greens stew", is a classic dish that is often served during special occasions such as weddings and festivals.
