EAP Malaysia is the leader of the arrangement of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) therapy in Malaysia and was founded by Wisconsin early autism project malaysia Autism Job (WEAP) in September 2006. Shortlisted Supervisors after that enroll in EAP's 6 month Supervisor training consisting of over 80 hours of classes over a 20 week duration after which they fulfill once a week with their Senior Manager, and have bimonthly if not monthly Senior Guidance meetings for the youngsters on their caseload.

Each child at EAP is assigned a group of specialists that are overseen by a Supervisor on a fortnightly basis and an Elderly Manager on a bimonthly basis in addition to the WEAP Progression Reviews twice a year. EAP remains to preserve world-class high quality ABA therapy as we continue to have our parent firm WEAP manage our youngsters twice a year.
