EAP Malaysia is the leader of the arrangement of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) treatment in Malaysia and was started by Wisconsin early autism indicators Autism Task (WEAP) in September 2006. Shortlisted Supervisors then enroll in EAP's 6 month Supervisor training consisting of over 80 hours of classes over a 20 week period after which they meet weekly with their Senior Manager, and have bimonthly otherwise regular monthly Elder Supervision conferences for the kids on their caseload.

Additionally, WEAP's released research in the American Journal of Mental Deficiency (November 2005 concern) was consistent with Dr. Ivar Lovaas' research study in 1987 and 1993 whereby 48% of the youngsters who participated in the intensive behavioural treatment had the ability to catch up and take part effectively in typical institution.

Each child at EAP is assigned a group of therapists that are supervised by a Manager on a biweekly basis and a Senior Manager on a bimonthly basis in addition to the WEAP Progression Reviews twice a year. EAP remains to maintain first-rate high quality ABA treatment as we continue to have our parent company WEAP supervise our youngsters two times a year.
