EAP Malaysia is the pioneer of the provision of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) therapy in Malaysia and was established by Wisconsin Early Autism Job (WEAP) in September 2006. Shortlisted Supervisors then enlist in EAP's 6 month Manager training including over 80 hours of courses over a 20 week duration after which they fulfill once a week with their Senior Manager, and have bimonthly if not monthly Senior Supervision conferences for the children on their caseload.

In addition, WEAP's released research in the American Journal of Mental Retardation (November 2005 problem) followed Dr. Ivar Lovaas' research in 1987 and 1993 wherein 48% of the youngsters who took part in the extensive behavioural treatment were able to capture up and get involved successfully in typical school.
