EAP Malaysia is the pioneer of the arrangement of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) therapy in Malaysia and was established services offered by early autism project malaysia Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP) in September 2006. Shortlisted Supervisors then enroll in EAP's 6 month Manager training including over 80 hours of classes over a 20 week period after which they fulfill regular with their Senior Supervisor, and have bimonthly otherwise regular monthly Senior Guidance conferences for the children on their caseload.

Additionally, WEAP's published study in the American Journal of Mental Deficiency (November 2005 problem) was consistent with Dr. Ivar Lovaas' research study in 1987 and 1993 wherein 48% of the children who joined the intensive behavioral treatment had the ability to capture up and get involved efficiently in typical college.

Each kid at EAP is assigned a group of therapists who are supervised by a Manager on a fortnightly basis and an Elderly Supervisor on a bimonthly basis in addition to the WEAP Progression Reviews two times a year.
