UB40 bassist Earl Falconer has been banned from working companies for four years
The bassist of 1980s reggae stripe UB40 has been prohibited from functional companies for quaternion eld afterwards a bust-up over clerking.
Earl Hawker was latched because his society Reflexive Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was insolvent and didn't fair rent the proceeds with creditors.
The group's commercial enterprise coach David Yardbird Parker and Kontol companion director Lanval Storrod were handed 11-year and four-twelvemonth bans respectively.
It is implied two other ex-striation members were among the creditors.
