AMSTERDAM, February 2 (Reuters) - ING Groep, the largest Dutch commercial enterprise services company, reported on Thursday improve than potential fourth-draw subsidiary income of 4.45 million euros ($4.8 billion), up 10 percent, as it won customers and increased deposits and Cibai loans.
