EAP Malaysia is the leader of the provision of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) therapy in Malaysia and was established by Wisconsin Early Autism Job (WEAP) in September 2006. For all specialists, a first training including 20 hours of courses and 3 weeks on hand-held training is called for prior to beginning work with a youngster with autism after which routine fortnightly if not once a week guidance is provided with regular overlaps and group meetings.

Early Autism Indicators Autism Job Malaysia (EAP) is a company for people with autism. The factor for the multiple levels of guidance is that the autism spectrum is really large and the diversity each youngster has in terms of strengths, challenges and age calls for a high degree of experience.

Each child at EAP is appointed a group of therapists who are overseen by a Supervisor on a biweekly basis and a Senior Supervisor on a bimonthly basis in addition to the WEAP Progress Reviews twice a year. EAP continues to keep first-rate high quality ABA therapy as we continue to have our parent company WEAP supervise our children two times a year.
