EAP Malaysia is the pioneer of the provision of Applied Behavioural Evaluation (ABA) treatment in Malaysia and was established by Wisconsin early autism project Malaysia sdn. bhd Autism Project (WEAP) in September 2006. Shortlisted Supervisors then sign up in EAP's 6 month Supervisor training consisting of over 80 hours of courses over a 20 week duration after which they satisfy weekly with their Senior Manager, and have bimonthly if not regular monthly Senior citizen Guidance meetings for the children on their caseload.

In addition, WEAP's released study in the American Journal of Mental Retardation (November 2005 issue) followed Dr. Ivar Lovaas' study in 1987 and 1993 where 48% of the kids who joined the extensive behavioural therapy had the ability to catch up and take part effectively in typical school.

Each child at EAP is assigned a team of therapists that are supervised by a Supervisor on a biweekly basis and an Elderly Manager on a bimonthly basis along with the WEAP Progress Reviews two times a year. EAP remains to preserve world-class top quality ABA therapy as we remain to have our parent company WEAP supervise our youngsters two times a year.
