EAP Malaysia is the pioneer of the provision of Applied Behavioural Evaluation (ABA) therapy in Malaysia and was started by Wisconsin early autism project malaysia Reviews Autism Job (WEAP) in September 2006. For all therapists, a first training consisting of 20 hours of courses and 3 weeks on hand-held training is needed prior to beginning work with a child with autism after which normal fortnightly if not weekly supervision is given through regular overlaps and team conferences.

Early Autism Job Malaysia (EAP) is a company for individuals with autism. The reason for the numerous levels of supervision is that the autism range is really broad and the diversity each youngster has in regards to strengths, challenges and age calls for a high level of experience.

Each child at EAP is appointed a group of specialists that are managed by a Manager on a fortnightly basis and an Elderly Supervisor on a bimonthly basis in addition to the WEAP Progress Reviews twice a year. EAP continues to preserve world-class high quality ABA therapy as we continue to have our parent business WEAP monitor our youngsters two times a year.

Dr. Glen Sallows took part in the pioneering research with Dr. Ivar Lovaas and has brought this world-class therapy to countless people with autism in the UK, Australia, Canada and Malaysia over the last 2 decades. Play Skills are essential to a youngster's development.
