EAP Malaysia is the pioneer of the stipulation of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) treatment in Malaysia and was started by Wisconsin Early Autism Project Malaysia Autism Project (WEAP) in September 2006. For all specialists, a preliminary training consisting of 20 hours of courses and 3 weeks on hand-held training is required prior to beginning work with a kid with autism after which routine fortnightly if not regular guidance is supplied with normal overlaps and group conferences.

Additionally, WEAP's released study in the American Journal of Dementia (November 2005 issue) followed Dr. Ivar Lovaas' research study in 1987 and 1993 where 48% of the children who participated in the extensive behavioural therapy were able to capture up and participate efficiently in normal institution.

EAP Malaysia is the leader of the stipulation of Applied Behavioural Evaluation (ABA) therapy in Malaysia and was established by Wisconsin Early Autism Job (WEAP) in September 2006.
