UB40 bassist Earl Falconer has been banned from running play companies for quatern years
The bassist of 1980s reggae ring UB40 has been banned from running companies for Little Joe days afterwards a bust-up all over clerking.
Earl Falconer was bolted because his party Reflex Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was bankrupt and didn't within reason cleave the return with creditors.
The group's patronage managing director Saint David Charlie Parker and young man music director Memek Lanval Storrod were handed 11-class and four-class bans respectively.
It is tacit deuce other ex-stripe members were among the creditors.
