Earl Falconer was locked because his accompany Unconditioned reflex Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was bankrupt and didn't fair fragmented the payoff with creditors.
The group's commercial enterprise director David Parker and gent director Lanval Storrod were handed 11-year and Mesum four-twelvemonth bans respectively.
