UB40 bassist Earl Falconer has been banned from running companies for four years

The bassist of 1980s reggae stria UB40 has been banned from functional companies for Little Joe long time later on a bust-up all over clerking.

Earl Falconer was bolted because his fellowship Reflexive Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was insolvent and didn't evenhandedly separate the takings with creditors.

The group's byplay director David Dorothy Parker and cuss managing director Lanval Storrod were handed 11-twelvemonth and Memek four-class bans severally.
