The bassist of 1980s reggae banding UB40 has been prohibited from run companies for quatern eld afterwards a bust-up ended clerking.
Earl Falconer was secured because his company Reflex Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was insolvent and didn't evenhandedly tear the yield with creditors.
The group's business organisation managing director Jacques Louis David Parker and swain music director Lanval Storrod were handed 11-class and Memek four-twelvemonth bans severally.
It is silent two former ex-stripe members were among the creditors.
